Every Brushland bundle ships in a single size that sets your rash guard and your shorts together, so start with your chest — it is the tightest piece in the kit — then check the chart. Same range as every single piece we sell: XS to 3XL.

Slim-fitted with flatlock seams and a longer body. These run small — most grapplers take one size up from their everyday tee.

True to the chart, with an elastic waistband and flat drawstring, so a little extra room in the waist is no problem.
- 01Measure your chestWrap a tape around the widest part of your chest, arms down and relaxed. That number picks your size.
- 02Between two sizes? Take the bigger oneThe rash guard is the fitted piece and runs small, so sizing up keeps it comfortable in the shoulders. The shorts take up the slack.
- 03Check waist and hipsFour-way stretch, UPF 50+, mesh side pockets and a 2.56 in (6.5 cm) inseam. If your waist and chest land on different rows, go with the chest.
